Inspection plates are widely used in various industries, including construction, printing, hydraulic equipment manufacturing, railway locomotive production, instrument manufacturing, electronics, petrochemicals, automotive manufacturing, ceramics, and more.
Inspection plates are suitable for all kinds of inspection work. They are used in conjunction with basic flat surfaces for measurement, as well as tools such as flat rulers, square boxes, V-blocks, angle plates, right-angle rulers, and cylindrical angle rulers.
Inspection plates are applied in machine tools and mechanical inspections. They are used to measure and check the dimensions, precision, straightness, parallelism, flatness, perpendicularity, and geometric tolerances of parts, and can also be used for marking out.
After undergoing stability treatment and demagnetization, inspection plates enter the machining stage, which is divided into rough planing and finish planing. Finish planing is a crucial process for achieving Grade 3 precision and surface roughness of inspection plates. For inspection plates with a precision higher than Grade 2, manual scraping is carried out to ensure geometric accuracy. For qualified inspection plates, it is necessary to avoid exposure to heat sources and corrosion from acids and alkalis. Cast iron platforms should be placed in a constant temperature environment of 20°C ± 5°C. During use, measures should be taken to prevent excessive local wear, scratches, and bruises, as these can affect the flatness accuracy and service life of the plate. Under normal conditions, the service life of inspection plates should be permanent. After use, they should be cleaned thoroughly and anti-rust measures should be taken to maintain their service life.
